To: From: Lindsay Borthwick Sent: Thur 5/3/2012 7:36:36 PM Subject: Re: Jeffrey Epstein Hi I just picked up your voicemail. I was in the middle of a meeting but had already drafted the response below. I'm eager to touch base to discuss next steps with Jeffrey. I don't want to disappoint but I've yet to do any writing based on the Boston trip. I wasn't clear whether that was the expectation (although I took notes anticipating that it might be the case) since I didn't have a chance to flesh out the assignment with Jeffrey that day. I'm wrapping up my full-time contract with the Simons Foundation on May 18 (two weeks from tomorrow), after which I'll be freelancing full-time. The past month has been intense because of transitioning roles, but the work is beginning to slow down and I can begin writing for Jeffrey in the next week. I'd welcome the chance to speak to Jeffrey — in particular, whether there's anything specific he'd like to see about the Boston meeting. Also, I'm hoping to get a better sense of the scope of the work so I can best manage my time as a freelancer in the coming months. I'll get started as quickly as possible and send another update. In terms of a telephone call, I'm tied up most of tomorrow and next Tuesday but I could speak Monday or Wednesday. Many thanks, Lindsay On May 3, 2012, at 1:47 PM, wrote: > Hello Lindsay.
