THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS MUST BE SENT WITH REQUEST IN ORDER TO ACCOMPLISH THIS: I/ COPY OF MOST IMPORTANT PASSPORT PAGES 2/ COPY OF PILOTS AND F/E LICENSE 3/ COPY OF CREW I.D. 4/ LETTER FROM THE ACFT OWNER OR OPERATOR THAT THE PERSON MENTIONED IS EMPLOYED AND TRAINED AS A CABIN CREW MEMBER (THIS ONLY FOR CABIN CREW MEMBERS) CREW MUST SUBMIT TO IMMIGRATIONS ON ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE THEIR CREW I.D. BADGE ALONG WITH THEIR PASSPORT. U.S. CREW MEMBERS CAN REQUEST VISA FROM HANDLER, IF HANDLER IS NOTIFIED BEFORE CREW MEMBER LEAVES THEIR DEPARTURE AIRPORT. CONTACT YOUR TEAM FOR DETAILS. CREW MUST BE IN UNIFORM. A. U.S. CITIZENS MUST HAVE A PASSPORT VALID FOR 6 MONTHS FROM ARRIVAL DATE. B. IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT ALL U.S PASSENGERS AND CREW MEMBERS OBTAIN VISAS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. VISAS ON ARRIVAL ARE AVAILABLE, BUT THE IMMIGRATION OFFICERS ON DUTY AT THE ARRIVAL AIRPORT ARE THE FINAL APPROVING AUTHORITY AND RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY A VISA.
