Begin forwarded message: From: Dave Rodgers Subject: 72 Hours N!!!!!MOIRP Date: November 1, 2016 at 6:25:55 PM EDT To: JET AVIATION CAN ARRANGE FOR CREW VISAS ON ARRIVAL WITH A MINIMUM OF 72 HRS NOTICE FOR SAT-WED OPS OR NO LATER THAN BY MON FOR OPS ON THU OR FRI. THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS MUST BE SENT WITH REQUEST IN ORDER TO ACCOMPLISH THIS: I/ COPY OF MOST IMPORTANT PASSPORT PAGES 2/ COPY OF PILOTS AND F/E LICENSE 3/ COPY OF CREW I.D. 4/ LETTER FROM THE ACFT OWNER OR OPERATOR THAT THE PERSON MENTIONED IS EMPLOYED AND TRAINED AS A CABIN CREW MEMBER (THIS ONLY FOR CABIN CREW MEMBERS) CREW MUST SUBMIT TO IMMIGRATIONS ON ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE THEIR CREW I.D. BADGE ALONG WITH THEIR PASSPORT. U.S. CREW MEMBERS CAN REQUEST VISA FROM HANDLER, IF HANDLER IS NOTIFIED BEFORE CREW MEMBER LEAVES THEIR DEPARTURE AIRPORT. CONTACT YOUR TEAM FOR DETAILS.
