Greetings on Good Friday Commissioner Henry,
I am reaching out to you today on behalf of Mr. Epstein to see if it is possible for Mr. Epstein to
have a phone call with you today, April 14, 2017. Mr. Epstein did not indicate a time, so
whatever time is convenient, if the call is possible today, will be the time.
