It's all about the reminders...they pop up in my email from my Google calendar ALL DAY LONG!...I also use the "task" area of the Google calendar to keep a list of 'outstanding' items...I read thru them ALL every day a few times a day...I've also been working for Jeffrey now for 16 years!
