Unlike Bose or Sonos, they don't need special apps on their devices or accounts to log into. It's a bit of a hassle to join to a wifi network, but that's my problem A & insures that the settings won't get tinkered with after. And it's not horribly ugly either. It comes in black, coffee, camel & red. I'm thinking the camel will blend nicest with the apartments' design. Does this look good to you?
