Mishcon de Reya All of the above information was in the public domain at the time you published the Article. Your conduct Your conduct has been disgraceful. You published the Article without making any effort to seek our client's comment. Further, you took the story from an article in The New York Daily News, yet chose to ignore our client's position contained therein. You also deliberately embellished upon the story in The New York Daily News: nowhere in that article does it state either that claimed that she had sex with our client, or that she did have sex with him. In fact, quite the opposite, it states as follows: "Nowhere in the court case or the transcript does Ransome or anyone else allege that had sex with Dershowitz — or that she was directed to." It is staggering that a news organisation as well-resourced and with such a good reputation as yours has conducted itself in this way. Serious harm Given the gravity of the Allegations — which include imputations of seriously improper and/or unlawful behaviour — as well as the nature and extent of publication, there is no question that serious harm has been, and will continue to be, caused to our client's reputation. The serious harm you have caused to our client's reputation is not only causing him (and his family) great anguish, it is likely to cause significant damage to his ability to earn in the future. He will hold you fully liable for this. Immediate action required In view of the above, our client requires you to immediately do the following: I. Remove the Article from your website. 2. Publish an apology, the terms of which to be agreed. 3 Remove any associated links to the Article within your website. 4. Undertake not to repeat the Allegations. 5. Undertake to pay our client significant damages, the quantum of which to be agreed. 6. Undertake to pay our client his legal costs. Please may we hear from you within 24 hours. In the meantime, all our client's rights are reserved. 51150637.2 3

Court filing reveals withdrawn Crime Victims Rights Act case involving Alan Dershowitz and alleged witnesses

Court filing reveals withdrawn Crime Victims Rights Act case involving Alan Dershowitz and alleged witnesses The passage mentions a withdrawn lawsuit between private parties (Cassell, Edwards) and Alan Dershowitz, with a reference to a potential witness similar to the high‑profile Giuffre allegations. It provides no concrete financial details, dates, or direct links to powerful officials or institutions, limiting its investigative value. The content is largely procedural and lacks novel, actionable leads. Key insights: Edwards and Cassell withdrew a filing in a Crime Victims Rights Act case against Alan Dershowitz.; The withdrawal was described as a "tactical mistake" and tied to settlement for undisclosed financial reasons.; A new witness, [REDACTED - Survivor], claims similar allegations to those made by [REDACTED - Survivor] against Dershowitz.

Document alleges extensive financial, academic, and sexual ties between Jeffrey Epstein, Alan Dershowitz, and high‑profile figures including Leslie Wexner, Harvard officials, and political elites

Document alleges extensive financial, academic, and sexual ties between Jeffrey Epstein, Alan Dershowitz, and high‑profile figures including Leslie Wexner, Harvard officials, and political elites The passage provides numerous specific allegations – dates, dollar amounts, meetings, and alleged quid‑pro quo arrangements – that could be pursued for evidence of financial flows, abuse of influence, and coordinated legal obstruction. It implicates powerful actors (Wexner, Harvard leadership, a U.S. state attorney, and potentially members of the British royal family) and suggests systematic surveillance and intimidation of investigators. While many claims are unverified and some are repetitive, the level of detail (e.g., $30 M investment, $1 mansion sale, non‑prosecution agreement clause protecting co‑conspirators) makes it a strong investigative lead. Key insights: 1996 meeting on Epstein’s jet linking Dershowitz to Leslie Wexner’s birthday party.; Epstein’s claim that Wexner sold a Manhattan mansion to him for $1.; 1997 $30 M investment in Boston Provident allegedly sourced from Wexner, with half‑million from Dershowitz.

[REDACTED - Survivor] v. Alan Dershowitz – Allegations of Sex Trafficking, NPA Manipulation, and Defamation

[REDACTED - Survivor] v. Alan Dershowitz – Allegations of Sex Trafficking, NPA Manipulation, and Defamation The complaint provides a dense web of alleged connections between Alan Dershowitz, Jeffrey Epstein, former U.S. Attorney Alexander Acosta, and the 2008 non‑prosecution agreement (NPA). It cites specific actions (e.g., alleged drafting of the NPA, defamatory statements, settlement confidentiality) and dates that could be pursued for documentary evidence, witness interviews, and financial‑flow analysis. If substantiated, the lead would expose potential prosecutorial misconduct and high‑level collusion, generating major public outrage. Key insights: Roberts alleges she was trafficked by Epstein from 2000‑2002 and forced to have sex with Dershowitz.; Dershowitz is accused of helping draft and pressure the government into the 2008 NPA that shielded Epstein and co‑conspirators.; Acosta, then U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Florida, approved the NPA; later became Trump’s Secretary of Labor.

Allegations of Federal Immunity Deal and Sexual Misconduct Involving Jeffrey Epstein, Alan Dershowitz, and David Boies

Allegations of Federal Immunity Deal and Sexual Misconduct Involving Jeffrey Epstein, Alan Dershowitz, and David Boies The passage links high‑profile figures (Jeffrey Epstein, former Labor Secretary Alexander Acosta, Harvard professor Alan Dershowitz, and prominent attorney David Boies) to a confidential settlement and alleged federal immunity deal, suggesting possible misconduct and cover‑up. It provides specific names, dates, and a potential legal avenue (the Ransome settlement and the 2008 plea deal) that could be pursued, but many claims remain unverified and lack concrete transaction details, keeping the score in the strong‑lead range rather than blockbuster. Key insights: A 2008 deal allegedly gave Epstein and co‑conspirators federal immunity.; Former Miami U.S. Attorney Alexander Acosta, now Labor Secretary, signed the controversial plea agreement.; Alan Dershowitz is accused in a filing of being instructed to have sex with a minor, which he denies.
