No provision of this Agreement can be waived or modified unless in writing signed by a representative of the
Residence. The Residence does not waive any provisions set forth in this Agreement and those other documents,
including the House Rules, and "Information for Our Residents', hereby incorporated in and made a part of this
Agreement (which the Resident acknowledges having fully read and understood), by its failure to enforce them.
This Agreement is a license and not a lease, and no leasehold or tenancy is intended to be or shall be created by it.
Former Residents' property unclaimed for 30 days shall be deemed to have been contributed to The Salvation Army.

Weekly charges are due on or before each Monday. Weekly accounts not paid by Friday morning are subject to a Late Fee.
Parents-Pay accounts are due at the beginning of the month and are subject to Late Fees as of the 15th and every week
thereafter until balance is cleared in full.
There wi3 be a refurbishing charge, payable by the Resident at time of departure, d any damage to the room has been incurred.
Should the Resident die while in residence, the Residence will issue a 30 days written notice to terminate (see above. 'Term
or Occupancy'). and the Resident's estate or administrator or the Parent, Guardian or Sponsor hereby agrees to pay all
charges through the termination date and to remove the Resident's belongings by that date. The 'termination date' shall be
defined for the purpose herein before stated to mean the date 30 days after the Residence issues its written notice to terminate.
