Once we have this original on file (Vahe or I can come pick up the form from the office tomorrow if that is convenient for you) and because you have POA over the account, you will be able to write and sign checks yourself and then come to the branch to cash them out. So you aware, you must have ID each time to you visit the branch to cash a check. Please sign the form and have Jeffrey sign as well, and let me know when we can come by to pick up the form.
