Regarding the Butterfly Trust, please be advised as follows: The new trustees are: Trust documents providing for the designation and acceptance of the new trustees and the resignations of Richard Kahn and me as trustees are attached. Also attached are the signature card and photo identification for each of Erika and Harry. I will send you original signature cards when I receive them from the trustees.
