Anything contained in the foregoing provisions notwithstanding, neither the Grantor nor any person who is a person described in Section 672(c) of the Code, in relation to the Grantor, shall be appointed as a Trustee of the Trust. SEVENTH Settlement of Trustees' Accounts; Exoneration of Trustees A. The Trustees shall not be required to file or render, and the Grantor waives and excuses the filing with, or rendering to, any Court of an account of their transactions with respect to the Trust or of inventories, accounts, statements or reports of principal and/or income in respect of the Trust.
