UNDERAGE GIRL SECOND TO SUE BILLIONAIRE factiva, Billionaire Jeffrey Epstein, serving time in jail for soliciting erotic massages and sexual acts from underage girls, had another lawsuit filed against him for the same allegations. The suit filed this week by Palm Beach Gardens attorney Spencer Kuvin is the seventh such suit against the investment banker and registered sex offender. It is the second one Kuvin filed against him. Kuvin said the girl, identified in the suit as M., was 15 in 200 when Epstein's assistant, , who is also a defendant in the suit, recruited the girl for an erotic massage and sex acts. He said M. came forward after seeing other media coverage about Epstein. Kuvin is seeking excess of $15,000 to cover the damages. "All she wants is to make sure she's taken care of in respect to medical needs and psychological treatment," Kuvin said. "This is something that's going to affect her for the rest of her life. She's traumatized, and she wants justice." Epstein's attorney. Robert Critton Jr., could not be reached for comment, despite attempts by phone. Police say that in 2004 and 2005, Epstein paid then 20, to find young girls to "work" for him. He paid between $200 and $300 for the erotic massages. Epstein, 55, is serving his 18-month sentence in the Palm Beach County Jail, to be followed by a year of house arrest, likely at his 13.000- square-foot Palm Beach mansion.
