Investment Management Fee Schedule Fees are based on the assets under management appraised every month. Fees ordinarily are billed monthly in arrears, and are computed at one-twelfth the annual fee rates detailed below: Balanced and Equity Accounts (including custody) First $2 million 1.20% Next $3 million 0.85% Next $5 million 0.60% Balance 0.45% Minimum Fee per Relationship $24,000 Account Minimum $2 million This fee schedule may be amended from time to time upon prior written notice to the Client.
