Distribution Date immediately following such Measurement Date (excluding all accrued and unpaid interest on Defaulted Obligations and on Collateral Obligations that have outstanding deferred or capitalized interest and interest with respect to any Collateral Obligation to the extent that it does not provide for the scheduled payment of interest in cash); minus (ii) the amounts payable in respect of clauses (a)(i) through (v) under the Priority of Interest Proceeds on such Distribution Date;
