Mr. Swidler held a variety of positions at Merrill Lynch and its predecessors since 1997. most recently as Managing Director and Head of Specialty Finance from April 2009 to April 2014. Mr. Davison began his career as a management consultant at Price Waterhouse. Mr. Davison holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Southern Methodist Unersity's Cox School of Business. Match Group announced that it will be consolidating the roles of Chief Executive Officer and Chairman by the end of 2015. and that this position will be held by Gregory R. Blatt. the current Chairman.
