A Trustee may resign or qualify only by a written instrument mailed or delivered (i) to the Grantor, if living, or (ii) if the Grantor is not living to the other Trustee then acting, or if there is no other Trustee acting, to the person or persons then eligible to receive the income of the trusts, or in the case of a minor to his parent or guardian or the adult person with whom he resides. No Trustee acting hereunder shall be liable for any loss or damage which may occur hereunder, unless due to willful default, deliberate wrongdoing, or willful violation of an express provision hereof.
