DUMMY DOCUMENT UPLOAD To accommodate Uncleared Margin control events that are being incorrectly triggered, this document i s being uploaded to confirm that prior to September 1, 2016 all entities are not yet in scope for the Uncleared Margin regulation. Post September 1, 2016, entities that have been determined to be in scope for Phase 1 of the UM regulation will have their IM and VM values changed in the system via a bulk upload.
