They look to be in good shape, but we need to receive them directly from each signer or they need to be notarized. I think the simplest approach is to have Jeffrey and Darren just resend the forms they each signed in a clean email, but feel free to have your office notarize and send back to me (with originals) if easier. Also, as part of our periodic KYC reviews, we need a current (within the last 6 months) certificate of good standing for Prytanee. We could not find it on the USVI company registry website, so please send when you can. Thanks as always for your help.
