ARTICLE 11 'the total number of shares of all classes of stock that the Corporation is authorized to issue is Ten 'Thousand (10,000) shares of common stock at $.01 par value; no preferred stock authorized. The minimum amount of capital with which the Corporation will commence business is One Thousand Dollars (E1,000).
