- Share Registry/By-laws showing who owns how much of the company W-9 - I see in the Articles of Incorporation for Financial Infomatics that the company was formed by 3 individuals (Erika Kellerhals, Gregory Ferguson and Brett Geary.) Are they still the sole owners?
