Before am able to send account opening documents I still need a few items and have a few questions. once I have this information I should be able to have everything approved and send over account opening documents by the end of this week or early next. Please see below for what I need: Southern Trust Company Inc: - certificate of Good standing dated within 1 year - Share Registry/By-laws showing who owns how much of the company w-9 - I see in the Articles of Incorporation for Financial Infomatics that the company was formed by 3 individuals (Erika Kellerhals, Gregory Ferguson and Brett Geary.) Are they still the sole owners?
