This is in reference to a wire sent on 12/13/2013. The Beneficiary bank requested additional information before the funds could be placed in the recipient's account but they were not specific. Our back office has reached out to the beneficiary bank three times and has escalated the case but no response so far. I have been in contact with Rich and now Bella. Just reached out to Banking Operations again and will keep you posted.
