The authorization contained herein shall be and continue in full force and effect unless and until revoked or modified by written notice executed by the undersigned and actually received by the Bank, provided that such notice shall not affect any action taken by the Bank in reliance hereon prior to the receipt thereof and shall not, in any event, be effective until the Bank has had a reasonable time to act thereon after its receipt.
