JE knew in advance that he was investigated

Jeffrey Epstein was informed that an investigation started. William (Bill) Barr was in charge of the Department of Justice during his arrest and death in 2019. Bill's father, Donald Barr served in the OSS during WWII. He gave Jeffrey the teaching job at Dalton School Sept. 1973 - June 1975.
The OSS (now CIA) connection is interesting, as I think JE was intelligence. JE was a friend of the family.
