Large business hotel on the Moskva River in central Moscow, owned by Chechen businessman and Russian senator Umar Dzhabrailov. Dzhabrailov arranged a 2001 Moscow visit for Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell through this hotel. Dzhabrailov was found dead at his Moscow apartment on March 2, 2026, weeks after being named in the released Epstein files. The hotel sits near Kievskaya station and has been a fixture of Moscow's post-Soviet business scene since opening in 1991.
