Edwards, Bradley vs. Dershowitz Case No.: CACE 15-000072 Edwards and Cassells Response to Dershowitz's Motion to Determine Confidentiality of Court Records Page 16 of 20 Most remarkably, Dershowitz took the public airwaves to represent that he wanted all of the information surrounding the allegations to “be made public,” while implying that Edwards and Cassell had something to hide. For example, on the BBChe claimed that he wanted“everything to be made public”: Q: Would you encourage that it now be made public? A: Of course, of course. / want everything to be made public. I want every bit of evidence in this case to be made public. I want every allegation to be made public. | want to know who else she’s accused of these horrible crimes. We know that she accused Bill Clinton of being on Jeffrey Epstein’s island and participating in sex orgy with underage girls. The records of the Secret Service will prove that President Clinton never set foot on that island. So that she lied. Now it’s possible to have a case of mistaken identification with somebody like me. It’s impossible to have a case of mistaken identification with Bill Clinton. My only feeling is that if she has lied about me, which I know to an absolute certainty she has, she should not be believed about anyone else. She’s lied clearly about me, she’s lied clearly about Bill Clinton. We know that. We know that she’s lied about other public figures, including a former prime minister and others who she claims to have participated in sexual activities with. So I think it must be presumed that all of her allegations against Prince Andrew are false as well. I think he [Prince Andrew] should clear the air as well. If you’re squeaky clean and if you have never done anything like this, you must fight back with all the resources available to you. And that’s what I will do. I will not rest or stop until the world understands no only that I had nothing to do with any of this, but that she deliberately, with the connivance of her lawyer, lawyers, made up this story willfully and knowingly. BBC Radio 4 - Sarah Montague (Jan. 3, 2015) (http://www.bbe.co.uk/programmes/p02¢7qbc). In another widely-broadcast interview on CNN, Dershowitz implied that there is no evidence supporting the allegations against him:

Dershowitz publicly demands full disclosure of allegations while claiming secret service records exonerate Bill Clinton

Dershowitz publicly demands full disclosure of allegations while claiming secret service records exonerate Bill Clinton The passage cites a high‑profile attorney (Alan Dershowitz) asserting that Secret Service records can prove President Bill Clinton never visited Jeffrey Epstein’s island, linking a former president to the Epstein scandal. It provides a specific claim and a media source (BBC Radio 4, Jan. 3, 2015) that could be followed up for the alleged records, but offers no concrete evidence, dates, or document identifiers. The lead is moderately useful for investigative follow‑up, moderately controversial, not entirely novel, and involves a former president and a prominent lawyer. Key insights: Dershowitz says he wants all evidence made public, including alleged Secret Service records.; He claims the Secret Service can prove Bill Clinton never set foot on Epstein’s island.; He alleges the accuser (presumably [REDACTED - Survivor]) lied about Clinton, Prince Andrew, and other public figures.

Court filings reveal alleged links between Jeffrey Epstein’s sex‑trafficking network and high‑profile figures including Prince Andrew and Alan Dershowitz

Court filings reveal alleged links between Jeffrey Epstein’s sex‑trafficking network and high‑profile figures including Prince Andrew and Alan Dershowitz The documents contain multiple sworn statements, media excerpts, and court orders that reference alleged sexual encounters between [REDACTED - Survivor] (Jane Doe 3) and Prince Andrew, as well as accusations against Alan Dershowitz. While many of the claims have been publicly reported, the filing includes sealed exhibits and specific procedural motions (Rule 21/15) that could provide new evidentiary leads, such as the referenced sealed documents and the alleged list of other powerful individuals (politicians, business executives, foreign leaders). The presence of a judge’s order striking certain allegations and the detailed procedural history suggest actionable avenues for further discovery and verification. Key insights: Exhibits list media articles linking Prince Andrew and Dershowitz to alleged sexual abuse of a minor.; Court order strikes detailed allegations but preserves the right of Jane Doe 3 to reassert them with proper evidence.; Reference to a “list of numerous prominent American politicians, powerful business executives, foreign presidents, a well‑known Prime Minister, and other world leaders” in the Rule 21 motion.

Bradley Edwards’ Opposition to Jeffrey Epstein’s Summary Judgment Motion – Claims of Abuse of Process, Witness Tampering, and Links to High‑Profile Figures

Bradley Edwards’ Opposition to Jeffrey Epstein’s Summary Judgment Motion – Claims of Abuse of Process, Witness Tampering, and Links to High‑Profile Figures The filing enumerates numerous specific leads that, if verified, tie Jeffrey Epstein to a wide network of powerful individuals (Donald Trump, Bill Clinton, Alan Dershowitz, Ghislaine Maxwell, etc.) and to alleged obstruction of federal investigations, witness intimidation, and a non‑prosecution agreement. It also references concrete documents (exhibits, deposition excerpts, flight logs, FBI emails) that could be pursued for forensic analysis, discovery requests, or FOIA requests. The combination of high‑profile actors, alleged criminal conduct, and detailed procedural allegations makes this a strong investigative lead. Key insights: Edwards alleges Epstein invoked the Fifth Amendment to avoid answering substantive questions, creating adverse inferences.; The motion cites a “Holy Grail” journal allegedly listing underage victims and high‑profile contacts (Trump, Clinton, etc.).; Claims that Epstein’s attorneys (including Alan Dershowitz) may have helped suppress victim testimony and influence the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
