From: Cecile de Jongh Sent: Friday, December 21, 2018 4:19 PM To: Jeffrey Epstein Cc: Richard Kahn Subject: Charitable Giving Update Good morning, I spoke with Alb=rt and told him that the VI Little League no longer has a 501(c)3 status w=ich prohibits us from donating to them. He suggested CASA (now VIVA)=of STX (http://www.viva4children.or=/About-Us.html chttp://www.viva4children.org/About-Us.html> ). He agreed that this does not fall under =he "public education" EDC requirement but that giving them something would=be nice. We also discussed the Community Foundation of the VI becaus= they have a fund that is targeted towards public education/public school =nitiatives and is approved by the EDA and DOE). He thought that was = good idea. 4=iv> I suggest: CASA - $10K CFVI - $20K with a letter directing them to use t=e funds for their public school initiative programs. If we do this we will have donated as follows: Public: Junior Achievement $10K Community Foundation $20K Private: Co=al Reef Academy $10K CASA $10K 4=iv> Thoughts? <=trike> =ith warm regards, Cecile de Jongh 1 EFTA_R1_01807183 EFTA02611573
