Would FBI have it? From: (USAFLS) Sent: Wednesday, January 02 2008 1:28 PM To: Acosta, Alex (USAFLS); (USAFLS) Subject: Epstein Press Coverage Here are the documents that I have electronically. The "Jeffrey Epstein Archives" document has several stories contained within it. I do not have the letter that the Chief handed out, but some of these stories reference the letter. I do not believe that the letter mentioned any specifics. But, when the State Attorney's Office basically shut down the case, the Chief deemed the police investigation "closed," which meant that the PC affidavits for the arrests of Epstein, EFTA00067334 M, and became public. "The Smoking Gun" published the redacted PC affidavits and later published a portion of the Incident Report. Document alleges extensive financial, academic, and sexual ties between Jeffrey Epstein, Alan Dershowitz, and high‑profile figures including Leslie Wexner, Harvard officials, and political elites

Document alleges extensive financial, academic, and sexual ties between Jeffrey Epstein, Alan Dershowitz, and high‑profile figures including Leslie Wexner, Harvard officials, and political elites The passage provides numerous specific allegations – dates, dollar amounts, meetings, and alleged quid‑pro quo arrangements – that could be pursued for evidence of financial flows, abuse of influence, and coordinated legal obstruction. It implicates powerful actors (Wexner, Harvard leadership, a U.S. state attorney, and potentially members of the British royal family) and suggests systematic surveillance and intimidation of investigators. While many claims are unverified and some are repetitive, the level of detail (e.g., $30 M investment, $1 mansion sale, non‑prosecution agreement clause protecting co‑conspirators) makes it a strong investigative lead. Key insights: 1996 meeting on Epstein’s jet linking Dershowitz to Leslie Wexner’s birthday party.; Epstein’s claim that Wexner sold a Manhattan mansion to him for $1.; 1997 $30 M investment in Boston Provident allegedly sourced from Wexner, with half‑million from Dershowitz.

I am cc'ing you on a letter to Jay Lcfkowitz, Roy Black, and Jack Goldberger informing them of the request and asking them, as parties to the criminal case, to contact you regarding a possible suit by the Shiny Sheet. On another note, I also will be informing them that I believe that they still have not filed the complete agreement with the Court, as required by the Judge at the hearing. Thank you very much for reaching out to us when you received this request, and if you need any help from us, please let us know. Alleged Non‑Prosecution Agreement (NPA) Shielded Jeffrey Epstein from a 53‑count indictment and kept victims uninformed

Alleged Non‑Prosecution Agreement (NPA) Shielded Jeffrey Epstein from a 53‑count indictment and kept victims uninformed The passage cites a specific non‑prosecution agreement that allegedly prevented a 53‑count federal indictment of Jeffrey Epstein and describes victim‑exclusion tactics. It names dates, a federal prosecutor’s draft indictment, and references to legal filings, offering concrete leads for further FOIA or court‑record requests. While the claim is not novel—Epstein’s NPA has been reported—it provides actionable details (Feb 10 2016 filing, Sept 2007 signing, June 30 2008 termination) that could be pursued to verify the agreement’s terms, the officials who negotiated it, and any potential misconduct by DOJ or the U.S. Attorney’s Office. Key insights: A 53‑count indictment prepared by federal prosecutors was never filed due to an NPA.; Victims were allegedly not consulted about the NPA, violating victim‑rights statutes.; The NPA was signed in September 2007 and remained in effect until June 30, 2008.
