Pursuant to the Virgin Islands Rules of Civil Procedure Rule 24, the Government has the statutory right and authority to intervene in the Estate to protect its claims against the Estate; enforce its criminal activity lien against the Estate; and ensure that the administration of the Estate conforms to the laws of the Virgin Islands.
