Federal Bureau of Prisons Federal Correctional Institution - Otisville , Otisville, New York 10963 Executive Biography Warden began his career in 1994 at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI), Schuylkill, Pennsylvania, as a Correctional Officer. He advanced to positions of increasing responsibility to include Case Manager, Unit Manager and Case Management Coordinator within FCI Schuylkill. In 2014, he promoted to Washington, D.C. as the Witness Security Coordinator. He then promoted to Associate Warden at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, and was subsequently promoted to the Deputy Regional Director for the Northeast Region of the Bureau of Prisons in 2017, before being named Warden at FCI Otisville in 2019. Warden served his nation with distinction during his service in the U.S. Army prior to beginning her career with the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Warden holds a Bachelor of Science degree, with a major in Criminal Justice from Pennsylvania
