Dates are after JA left JE's employment, so JA would not have written any of those messages. Did not review any pages after page 13. Prepared for trial testimony. JA's previously undisclosed, clarifying, or different recollections below: o JA recalls seeing get onto JE's plane on the same day when she was at JE's house with a suitcase. JA recalls going to the airport that day. o JA recalls one time in or around the 1990s when he saw GM crying. JA was driving GM somewhere, and GM was in the back of the car crying. JA asked GM "why do you put up with this stuff?" JA meant, why does GM put up with JE messing with all these other girls because JA didn't understand why GM would put up with it. GM responded "I cannot leave" and stopped crying after that. o JA estimates JE's home had 6 bathrooms before an addition was added, then it had 6 bedrooms and about 6 bedrooms. o JA recalls JE's house being white, then pink. 3504-041 Page 1 of 2 SUBJECT TO PROTECTIVE ORDER PARAGRAPHS 7, 8, 9, 10, 15, and 17 EFTA_00003147 EFTA00157628 o JA believes GM told him not to look JE in the eyes and not to engage in conversation about 8 months before JA left JE's employment. o JA recalls Sen. Edward Kennedy and General Wesley Clark coming to JE's PB residence. o JA recalls a girlfriend named Francis who JE dated at the same time as GM, but before •in the 1990s. o JA estimates he met around 1996 or 1997, but is still unsure of the exact date.
