Reuters (5/25, Stempel) reports US District Judge Analisa Torres on Tuesday approved a deferred prosecution agreement for "two jail guards who admitted to falsifying records on the night Jeffrey Epstein killed himself on their watch." The deal ends the criminal case against Tova Noel and Michael Thomas and lets them avoid prison. According to Reuters, they instead 'swill serve six months of supervised release and complete 100 hours of community service, preferably related to criminal justice," and "cooperate with a probe by the U.S. Department of Justice's inspector general, including the circumstances surrounding Epstein's death" EFTA00161297 EFTA00161298 EFTA00161299 EFTA00161300 EFTA00161301
