On September 13, 2010, Plaintiffs tiled a Notice in Response to the Court's Order, requesting that the case be reopened. (DE 39). On October 12, 2010, the Court entered an Order requiring Plaintiffs to show good cause why this case should not be dismissed for want of prosecution. (DE 40).
