The first one is the 116 Debit card. She does not want the full address to be shown which I understand is the business name so may not be able to be changed, however, since she also lives here for security she would like it to just say '116' and also just 'G. Maxwell' rather than her full name. The second one is her TerraMar Project card and she would like for just her name to show as G Maxwell rather than her full name.
