Between the stated times the three (3) males walked along Three Chain Road, Main Road, and Nary Elie Street, PORT PIRIE. The Accused and the Co-Accused smashed a total of ten (10) windows at five (5) different loctaions in PORT PIRIE. BORLAND witnessed the Accused and the Co-Accused smash the windows and has provided a statement to Police on video. As a result of enquiries, police arrested the Co-Accused on 09/07/2008. The Accused who lives in Victoria, was subsequently arrested on the 02/1
