LP Investment Period Reinvestment Key Person Event The Fund's investment period will commence on the later of (a) the date on which the investment period of DB Secondary Opportunities Fund II, L.P ("DB SOF II") expires and (b) the date of the First Closing, and will expire at the end of the calendar quarter in which the earliest of the following occurs (the 'Investment Peri
