Court Filing

Also known as: Anastasiya Siro, Anastasia Siroochenko

Ukrainian-born art adviser and dealer who met Jeffrey Epstein in 2010 at age 22 while modeling in New York. That same year she signed with MC2 Model Management in Miami, the agency operated by Jean-Luc Brunel. She holds an MA in Art History from Columbia University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

In 2013 she founded Sublime Art LLC, an art advisory and dealing company. Leon Black became a principal client. Between 2011 and 2015, Black and entities linked to him transferred at least $2.5 million to Siroochenko's personal accounts. Accountants classified the payments as "gifts."

Epstein coordinated how the transfers were documented and described for tax and audit purposes through at least 2018. An accountant warned that the arrangement presented a conflict of interest, noting that the gift deposits "clearly identified Black as the source of funds" while he was also Sublime Art's principal client. Under a 2017 agreement, Sublime Art was to receive $1.8 million for arranging the sale of a Paul Klee painting valued at $7.8 million.

In 2015, Siroochenko's mother Tetyana purchased a building at 24 Borysa Romanytskoho Street in Lviv, Ukraine for $128,500 through Lviv Enterprises LLC, using funds from Siroochenko's personal account. Accountant Michael Stein of Goldglit & Company ultimately resigned over disagreements about the tax treatment of the property. She appears in at least 89 EFTA documents and 10 documents specifically reference her by surname. Shareholder records show Black Family Partners, L.P. and Siroochenko listed as co-shareholders in the same entity. She has stated she has never been the subject of criminal proceedings and that her name appears in the files solely in connection with private financial, property, and legal matters.
