Bennet Moskowitz

Bennet J. Moskowitz is an American litigator and a partner in the Business Litigation Group at Troutman Pepper Locke LLP. At the time of the Epstein filings the firm was known as Troutman Sanders LLP; it later became Troutman Pepper and then Troutman Pepper Locke. Moskowitz appears in the DOJ-released Epstein files as defense counsel. He represented Darren Indyke and Richard Kahn, the co-executors of the Estate of Jeffrey E.

Epstein, in numerous civil suits brought by accusers, and his name and signature appear directly on estate filings and in related correspondence. He is named in these documents in his professional capacity as an attorney and is not accused of any wrongdoing.
