NZ property manager for Epstein islands (2003-2019), $2M trust beneficiary

New Zealand national who served as property manager for Jeffrey Epstein's island estates, including Little St. James (USVI), from at least 2003 through 2019. Originally managed Epstein's Zorro Ranch in Stanley, New Mexico before relocating to Little St. James by 2016. Named in a 2011 EPA permit application as the island manager for LSJ.

Listed as a $2 million beneficiary in Epstein's trust, filed just days before Epstein's death in August 2019. New Mexico lawmakers have considered subpoenaing the Gordons regarding their knowledge of activities at Zorro Ranch (NZ Herald). Coordinated with architects Tim Peck (OBMI) and John Heah (Heah & Co) on the 2018 island renovation project, arranging site visits and logistics. Wife Karen Gordon also served as co-manager of Epstein properties.
