He served as Jeffrey Epstein's primary personal technology support provider from at least 2013 to 2018. Ce had physical and remote access to computers at Epstein's properties, managed WiFi networks, reset Apple ID passwords across multiple residences, maintained data backups, and communicated regularly with Epstein and assistant Lesley Groff. He is an Apple Certified Support Professional.
