Julia Santos

Julia Santos was a recruiter and logistics coordinator operating within Jeffrey Epstein's network, active from at least September 2016 through December 2018. Based primarily in Paris, she served as a key link in Epstein's pipeline for sourcing women from Russia and Eastern Europe. EFTA document review reveals she used the email address [email protected] (sometimes appearing as "Julia Sanotoss") and maintained direct correspondence with Epstein's personal assistant Lesley Groff, submitting candidate photos, arranging travel documentation, and coordinating local logistics with Valdson Cotrin, who managed Paris household operations. Santos's documented activities include identifying and vetting candidates from cities including Moscow, Ekaterinburg, and St. Petersburg; coordinating visa applications; managing airport pickups; and arranging travel to Epstein properties in New York, Barbados, and elsewhere.

Her correspondence shows she conducted in-person meetings with candidates and liaised with other network figures including Karyna Shuliak and Bella Klein. Over 125 OCR document mentions across the EFTA release place her in the logistics chain across at least 15 direct email exchanges involving Epstein's office. While her nationality is not definitively confirmed in the documents, her close operational ties to Valdson Cotrin — who is Brazilian — and her Paris base suggest possible connections to the Brazilian expatriate community in France. Santos does not appear in Epstein's black book, suggesting she was recruited into the network after its compilation and operated as a newer addition to the logistics infrastructure during the 2016–2018 period.
