Mace circulated a discharge petition alongside Ro Khanna and others that gathered 218 signatures and forced a House floor vote, leading to passage of the Epstein Files Transparency Act on November 18, 2025 by a vote of 427-1. She introduced a resolution demanding immediate release of all federal Epstein documents and called on the CIA to turn over Epstein and Maxwell records. In March 2026 Mace moved to subpoena Attorney General Pam Bondi after the DOJ refused to release more than 2.5 million additional Epstein documents. The House Oversight Committee voted to issue that subpoena.
