Paolo Zampolli
Model agent who co-attempted Elite Models acquisition with Epstein; partnered with Maxwell on TerraMar
Italian-born model agency owner and self-styled diplomat who had extensive documented ties to Jeffrey Epstein spanning over a decade. Zampolli founded ID Model Management in New York in the 1990s and is credited with bringing Melania Knauss (later Trump) to the United States in 1996. Around 2004, Zampolli and Epstein jointly attempted to acquire the Elite Model Management agency from John Casablancas, with Epstein providing financial backing. In 2013, Zampolli partnered with Ghislaine Maxwell on the Sustainable Oceans Alliance initiative, which was closely linked to Maxwell's TerraMar Project. Zampolli later served as a United Nations Ambassador for the Dominican Republic (2017–2021).
