Paula A. Heil Fisher

Former Bear Stearns junior saleswoman who dated Jeffrey Epstein in the late 1970s and early 1980s, becoming one of his three acknowledged long-term girlfriends alongside Ghislaine Maxwell and Eva Andersson-Dubin. After the romantic relationship ended, she remained in Epstein's inner circle for decades. In 1981, she introduced Epstein to the Leese family in England, a pivotal connection that helped launch his financial career. She later became a Broadway and opera producer, partnering with French-Israeli conductor Frederic Chaslin, who is now under French investigation after Epstein file emails showed he offered to procure young women for Epstein in Paris. Fisher had access to Epstein's properties in New York, Paris (Avenue Foch), and New Mexico post-conviction.

Email correspondence from 2012 to 2017 shows her organizing opera tickets, arranging dinners, facilitating introductions to figures like Yehuda Zisapel, and coordinating visits to Epstein's Zorro Ranch. In a November 2014 email, she invited Epstein to her daughter Miasha's performance at The Box nightclub, referencing "your young crowd" and "your babes." In September 2012, when Fisher suggested hiring a male assistant, Epstein responded: "I still prefer a young woman with great taste." On April 4, 2013, Epstein's schedule shows meetings with Fisher and Chaslin bookending a dinner with Ehud Barak, Peter Mandelson, Jes Staley, Mort Zuckerman, Woody Allen, and David Blaine. The 2003 Vanity Fair profile by Vicky Ward described her as Epstein's former Bear Stearns associate turned opera producer, noting that Epstein claimed when a relationship ended, the girlfriend "moves up, not down" to friendship status.

Fisher appeared in Epstein's black book with 9 phone numbers and 2 addresses. Her daughter Miasha Fisher communicated directly with Epstein as early as May 2009, after his release from prison.
