Retired NYPD detective from Huntington Station, New York, whose name appeared in Epstein's black book and on the 2019 FBI co-conspirator list (EFTA00077895). Named on the House floor by Rep. Ro Khanna on February 10, 2026 as one of six individuals the DOJ had improperly redacted from the Epstein files. He was previously investigated and internally disciplined by the NYPD for ties to a Russian mob-linked escort service but was never criminally charged. No charges have been filed in connection to Epstein.
