This MWR is required to replace (2) DVRs for the NICE camera system, the encoders and decoders as well as rack mounts and power supply, the server, purchase a recorder redundancy license for 350 channels, install 272 cameras and upgrade software for said systems. The vendor will also provide 4 hours of on-site training for operators and administrators. I certify that materials have not been ordered and construction work has not been performed on MWR #8158.
