They're basically trying to extort the estate into backfilling their "investigation" (which to date has not included a single victim interview) on the backs of victim compensation. FYI, victim counsel and representatives are in the process of trying to get the AG to drop their opposition to the Fund. The victim attorneys, with one exception, seem generally favorably disposed to the Fund as proposed - which obviously is totally voluntary, and allows claimants to continue to sue if they don't like the amount the administrators come up with.
