I have a few questions I hope you can answer: Can Prince Andrew ever be charged for sexual abuse allegations made against him in 2001? states she was forced to have sex with him three times, including once in New York and once in the U.S. Virgin Islands. I understand that the state of Florida struck down her allegations as "Immaterial and impertinent" in a 2015 civil case. Can those same allegations be brought to New York? Another woman, recourse? says she was molested by Prince Andrew in New York
