RODRIGUEZ was a previous house manager and butler to Palm Beach County, Florida resident JEFFREY EPSTEIN. EPSTEIN was the former subject of a child prostitution investigation beginning in 2006. Investigation revealed the EPSTEIN brought underage girls to his home to perform massages and paid them to engage in sexual acts with one another and with him. The U.S. Attorney's Office entered into a non-prosecution agreement whereby EPSTEIN pled guilty to lesser offenses in Florida state court. The agreement was limited to victims identified in the Southern District of Florida.
