SDNY has plans to issue a statement in response; there are drafts being made currently. As far as plans to interview him, there has been conversation between SDNY and his counsel but nothing presently in the works. As far as the ongoing investigation into Maxwell, when we are able to have a grand jury, we plan on getting a six count indictment.
